How do I order online?

1.) Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “Your Cart” link at the top right of every page of our website.

2.) Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Delete" button below the "Update Qty" button. If you want to update the quantity, you may also do so here.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart" section of your cart, you may enter a promotional code (if available). Enter your zip code and click the "Calculate Shipping" button to calculate cost and which shipping options are available to you.

3.) Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address, please call us at 888-768-5759 for further instruction. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

4.) Choose a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Ship time is ship speed plus cut time. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

5.) Provide Payment Information

6.) Provide Billing & Shipping Information

If shipping information is same as the billing, you may select to copy the information over.

Please allow 24-48 hours for this order status information to become available. Orders typically ship within 2 working days. Cut to size orders will be subject to warehouse cutting schedules and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Travel times vary by your shipping point and destination; the average is 4 business days for non-cut-to-size items.


Can I check the status of my order and track it?

Call or email us to check the status of your order. The shipper's tracking information will be provided to you when available.


Can you ship my (parcel) order internationally?

Guardsy® gladly ships worldwide. Available products, shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please call 888-768-5759 for rates to your country. Freight (non-parcel) is case by case but many times we are able to ship only to a freight forwarder.

International shipments can only be shipped through UPS or USPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer to use their account. Our shipping through USPS is limited to flat rate boxes. Please call 888-768-5759 if you wish to use your own shipping account. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.

My product arrived damaged, how can I get a refund?

Give us a call at 888-768-5759 to give us details about the damage to your item. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. Contact us for mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.


Why is my credit/debit card being declined?

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide Guardsy® with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you need to contact your bank directly to solve payment issues. If you believe the error is on our end, please try ordering by phone by calling 888-768-5759.


How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have already processed and are out for shipping cannot be modified. Call us at 888-768-5759 see if your order has been processed.


Do you accept C.O.D.s?

We do not accept any Cash/Collect on Delivery options. For your convenience, we have 7 physical locations throughout the U.S that offer in store pick up. See our stocking facilities. Please call in orders before visiting one of our locations.

We collect sales tax in WA, CA, TX, AL, and ID.

Most of our materials and products are manufactured in the United States. Although we make every effort to sell products primarily manufactured in the United States, we also sell some products specifically designed overseas. Our quality control division ensures every product that comes in and leaves our distribution center meets standards that Guardsy® can stand behind.
