You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you wish to request a refund or receive a replacement item. Contact us for mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.

Personal protection equipment (PPE) and barriers (PPB) are non-returnable and non-refundable. PPE and PPB products include, but are not limited to, "sneeze guards", "protective barriers", "cashier panels", "office barriers", as well as "guards" and "shields". For items damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the shipping company within 7 days from receipt of the delivery date. Please give the claim number to an interstate plastics representative at (888) 768-5759 so that the issue can be further examined and the appropriate actions are taken.
